ZK999 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

By registering an account on ZK999, accessing the platform through any device or browser, or placing any bet or wager through the service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ZK999. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of ZK999 after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms apply to all areas of the ZK999 platform including sports betting, casino games, slot games, fish shooting games, live casino, and any promotional or loyalty programmes offered by ZK999 from time to time.

To register and use ZK999 you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ZK999 applies strict age verification procedures and will request documentation to confirm your age before processing withdrawals.
• You must be the person whose details you have provided during registration. Registering under another person's name or using falsified identification documents is prohibited.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any platform, including any self-exclusion you have applied through ZK999's own responsible gaming tools.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement — meaning you are of sound mind and not under guardianship that restricts your ability to do so.
• You must be accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of a third party or for commercial purposes.

ZK999 reserves the right to request documentation confirming eligibility at any time and to suspend access pending verification if there is reasonable doubt about whether eligibility criteria are met.

Each player may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts — whether opened under the same or a different name, email address, phone number, device or payment method — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ZK999 may close all but the original account and may hold any balance pending review.

When registering you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and preferred payment method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date through your account settings.

Your account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. ZK999 will never ask you for your password via any channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately so the account can be secured.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Before your first withdrawal is processed, ZK999 will require you to complete identity verification. This typically involves submitting a copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification. Documents submitted are handled in accordance with ZK999's Privacy Policy. Failure to complete verification will prevent withdrawal processing but will not prevent gameplay or deposits.

All transactions on ZK999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant transfer, IBFT bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and other approved mobile wallets.

Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method. Most deposits credit your balance immediately. ZK999 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed after KYC verification has been completed. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where this is technically possible. ZK999 reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative method where the original deposit route is unavailable.

• Withdrawal processing times: JazzCash and Easypaisa — typically within a few hours of approval; bank transfers — typically 1–3 business days.
• ZK999 may request additional documentation for large withdrawals as part of routine fraud prevention procedures.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposit.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by players without prior contact with ZK999 support may result in account suspension.

If a deposit is made using a payment method that carries a chargeback facility, ZK999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until any applicable chargeback window has passed.

ZK999 offers bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions and other incentives from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific offer states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per person, household, IP address and payment method. Attempts to claim the same offer multiple times will result in the additional claims being voided.
• Bonus funds are added to a separate bonus wallet and are applied to bets only after real-money funds in your main wallet have been used, unless stated otherwise in the offer.
• Games do not all contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games, live casino and certain other categories may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. This is stated in each offer's terms.
• Minimum odds requirements apply to sports betting bonuses — bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not count towards wagering requirements.
• ZK999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already in progress at the time of cancellation will be subject to review.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage between accounts, or pattern betting designed to game wagering requirements — may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.

ZK999 provides sports betting markets and casino games. The following general rules apply across the platform:

Sports Betting: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be amended or cancelled. In the event of a match or event being cancelled, postponed or abandoned, ZK999's specific settlement rules for that sport type apply — these are available in the help section. ZK999 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where there is reasonable evidence of result manipulation or where odds were published in error.

Casino and Slot Games: All casino games use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Published RTPs are accurate to the studio's specifications. ZK999 does not modify RNG outcomes. Game sessions that are disconnected due to technical failure will be settled based on the last confirmed game state recorded on the server.

Cricket, PSL and T20 Markets: For cricket matches, bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body — ICC, PCB or the competition organiser. Tied matches, DLS-method results and super-over outcomes are settled according to the rules stated for each specific market.

ZK999 reserves the right to limit stakes or restrict access to specific markets for any account where patterns of play raise concerns, without this constituting a breach of these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ZK999 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts or any technical means not authorised by ZK999 to gain an advantage or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in the platform — any such errors must be reported to support immediately; winnings generated from a known error may be reversed.
• Collusion with other players, including sharing information about hands or game states in live casino games in real time.
• Any form of money laundering — depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using ZK999 to process transactions for the purpose of obscuring the origin of funds.
• Opening accounts in another person's name, or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Registering as a minor or assisting a minor to access the platform.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing ZK999 staff or other platform users through any channel.
• Attempting to gain access to another player's account, or to ZK999's internal systems.

ZK999 monitors all account activity and transactions. Where prohibited conduct is identified, ZK999 will act without prior warning and reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.

ZK999 is committed to providing tools that help players manage their gaming activity within healthy limits. The following tools are available in every account's settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Session time reminders: Set a reminder to appear after a specified period of continuous play. The reminder does not force a session to end but provides an opportunity to take stock.
• Self-exclusion: Apply a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year or indefinite. During self-exclusion, your account is suspended and cannot be reactivated until the period has expired. Indefinite self-exclusion requires formal contact with support to be reversed after a minimum period.

ZK999 strongly encourages players to use these tools proactively rather than reactively. Gaming should be treated as entertainment and funded only with money you can afford to spend on leisure. ZK999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a withdrawal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or abuse of platform systems.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's bank or payment provider.
• Identification of the account holder as being under 18 years of age.
• Player request — accounts may be closed voluntarily at any time by contacting support, subject to all pending transactions being settled.

In the event of an account closure resulting from a Terms breach, ZK999 may forfeit the account balance at its discretion. Where closure is for any other reason, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deducting any bonus funds that had not met wagering requirements.

Suspended accounts may be reinstated following investigation and at ZK999's sole discretion. ZK999 is not obligated to provide detailed reasons for suspension in all cases.

ZK999 collects, stores and processes personal data in connection with the operation of the platform. By registering an account, you consent to ZK999 processing your data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes processing data for the purposes of account verification, fraud prevention, customer support, transactional communications and platform improvement.

ZK999 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party payment processors and game studios is limited to what is necessary for their specific function and is governed by their own privacy policies.

ZK999 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside ZK999's control does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

ZK999 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from bets or gaming sessions interrupted by connection failure, provided the game state was correctly recorded on the server.

Nothing in these Terms limits ZK999's liability for matters that cannot be excluded under applicable law. ZK999's maximum liability to any player in any given dispute is limited to the amount of the relevant disputed transaction.
